Product Details

YL-WA01 is a waterborne crosslinking agent containing carbodiimide functional groups. It is used as a crosslinking agent component in waterborne two-component acrylic or polyurethane systems to improve the performance of the waterborne systems.

[Application] YL-WA01 is a crosslinking agent suitable for aqueous systems, capable of crosslinking polymers with reactive carboxyl functional groups. The recommended addition level for this product in aqueous acrylic emulsions or polyurethane dispersions is 3-7%, which significantly improves their water resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and moisture resistance, and enhances adhesion to specific substrates. Crosslinking agent WA01 reacts at room temperature, with optimal drying conditions >80°C.
